    YOUNG COUPLES FELLOWSHIP

     

    Title: Young Couples Fellowship (YCF)

     

    Vision

    To help couples build and raise strong Christian families based on Biblical teaching.

     

    Mission

    To raise strong Christian families and marriages by laying a strong Christian foundation through intentional discipleship, mentorship, and fellowship based on Biblical teaching and principles.

     

    Objectives

    1. To teach couples the truth and application of God’s word in marriage and family.
    2. To encourage couples to build Godly and healthy families so that we can raise a Godly generation.
    3. To address current and emerging issues facing families.
    4. To promote strong friendship and accountability among couples.
    5. To organize inspiring and fun Christian activities for couples.
    6. To be role models and provide guidance in our generation.

     

    Admission Criteria

    1. Must be members of the ACK St. Peter’s Cathedral Parish.
    2. Must be a married couple.
    3. Must be married for 0-15 years.

     

    Meetings

    Will be taking place after every two months. The main agenda for the meetings shall be;

    1. Devotion
    2. Admission of new members
    3. Report of past activities
    4. Update on planned activities

     

    Activities

    1. Weekly – Bible study every Friday in the Cathedral from 5:30-7:00pm.
    2. Monthly – Group fellowship/discussion and prayer breakfast.
    3. Quarterly – Bookclub (we’ll be reading agreed-upon books then we discuss).
    4. Bi-annually – Group picnics/team-building, couples’ dinners.
    5. Annually – seminars and bench-marking.
    6. Special – events designated as special will be scheduled on need basis.
